Becoming a certified TRE® provider is a minimum 10-month process. How ready are you for this commitment, on a scale of 1-10?

Are you ready to commit to 2-4 hours per week to the program during this time period?

This TRE® program requires the following activities during the approximate year-long commitment:

-Practice TRE® Personally 2-3 times a week -Weekly written short reflections on your own TRE® practice (40 in total) -Reading and writing one book reflection every 6 weeks (6 books in total) -Joining regular online meetings throughout the program (approx. 1 meeting every 3 weeks)
-Join all the Online Modules (7 full-day sessions spread over the course of the year long program) -Find and teach a minimum of 6 people through a TRE® Session in a One-a-One setting during the course of the year long program. -Find and teach a minimum of 4 groups TRE® Sessions (approx. 4-6 people per group)during the course of the year long program.
