The purpose of this form is to start the registration process for students eligible for Kindergarten in the 2023-2024 school year. Children must be five years old on or before September 1, 2023.

Completion of this form will indicate that you intend to have your child attend Kindergarten at Wilson Creek Elementary School next year. Further, this information will be used to provide you with information regarding our Kindergarten program as well as what is needed to begin the registration process.

This year, parents are able to receive information about our Kindergarten program and the registration process at a brief information presentation (for parents only) or by having the information sent to you. All information shared at the presentations will be posted and shared electronically as well.

COMPLETING THIS FORM DOES NOT CONSTITUTE KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION. Based on the OPTION you selected above, registration paperwork will be sent to you or ready for pick up on 3/1/23.
