Bookings are not complete until payment has been received. Please complete your payment in order to gain access to this event using the link received after your form has been submitted.
No refunds are available for conferences and events once booking is complete, other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of NWR. Substitutions will be accepted, please inform us by email office@nwr.org.uk or by phone 01603 406767.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to honour your booking we will refund you as soon as possible and you will be notified via the email system.
Please note that talks and speakers are subject to change in the case of the speaker being unavoidably unavailable.
Zoom links to join the online conference sessions will be sent by separate email prior to the event. Please check your junk email folder before contacting the office if you have not received this.
Links to the recorded sessions will be emailed to ticket holders after the event, once the videos have been edited and uploaded.
Please ensure your microphone is off for this event to avoid distracting the speaker and other participants.
We reserve the right to remove participants from the session if they do not adhere to the terms and conditions.
We would like all of our delegates to fully participate in our conferences and events so please let us know if you have any special access requirements on your booking or by contacting us on 01603 406767 or by email office@nwr.org.uk. We have subtitles available on all talks but if you need different access arrangements please do let us know so that we can attempt to help.
Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Once this event is sold out, form submissions will no longer be accepted, however the office will operate a waiting list if necessary.
