This form is an application. Your case or participation must be confirmed by the organizers 2 days before the event. If organizers didn't contact you and didn't confirm that your case will be used for the brainstorming, that means it will be used for another meeting.
Organizers have a right to choose the most interesting cases for the club by their own.

If your case was chosen, please:
1) be sure, that you will attend the event,
2) prepare 5 min pitch for the audience to give an understanding of your business and the context of the problem
3) do not argue with the audience during the brainstorming
4) be thankful
5) be constructive
6) make your notes from the open discussion part to each of the idea generated for you
