Congratulations! If you are filling out this form, you are ready to learn how to share with your students the opportunity for transformation through the iLead values based leadership initiative, iChoose Unit 1.

The iLead Sponsor(s)*, will have access to support from the team at Region 18 ESC and the Maxwell Leadership Foundation. Once this form has been completed, we will follow up with you/your designee to get started! If you have any questions before making this commitment, please email us at iLead@esc18.net.

*Sponsor = Adult leader who will be in the room with students supporting them through the iLead initiative.

The deadline to complete this form for the spring 2024 pilot is January 23, 2024.
