NORTHWESTERN OHIO EDUCATION ASSOCIATION PROMISING LEADER AWARD NOMINATION FORM

This award is to recognize an individual who within the first five years of his/her career in education has shown initiative in his/her local association.

Submission of this completed application assures the individual will receive the award, if eligible.

This nomination form must be submitted to the NWOEA Center by Thursday, January 11, 2024. Any questions can be emailed to nwoea.center@gmail.com.

Recipients will be notified and invited after February 1, 2024 to be recognized at the Awards Reception (Findlay Country Club -March 12, 2024.)

UP TO 2 PEOPLE per local may be nominated. Only this format will be accepted.
