Company Artists, selected from an annual audition pool of over 1,000 applicants worldwide, are full-time professionals with competitive salaries and benefits. Non-partnership appearances of Ballet Arkansas and its professional Company Artists are compensated by third parties. Availability is not guaranteed due to the high number of requests.
