As TRBA is engaged in restructuring to more effectively serve our member churches, we need your prayers and input. Listed in this document will be areas we need your assistance. Please fill out as completely as you would like to complete. Outside of the first section where we ask your contact information, you may leave blank any question/section of the information requested.
