Accessibility of the environment, information and services
Accessibility of the environment, information and services is not only a need of persons with disabilities, but also belongs to the domain of human rights. In addition, the accessible environment allows a dignified and comfortable life for their family members, the elderly, children, parents with children in wheelchairs, and ultimately all of us: we always choose lowered curbs when we pull suitcases, it means when we can both hear and read notice that we are next while waiting in a line, looking for familiar markings (eg for toilet) when we are in a country whose language or script we do not understand.
