Setup/Breakdown – assist with event set up which may include setting up and breaking down tables, decorating, putting up signage, stuffing SWAG bags, and provide support to festival merch and vendor tents/tables.
Josephine Butler Park Center - welcome and screen visitors before allowing them inside to attend workshops and view exhibits; assist with setup, turn over, and breakdown of discussion rooms.
Crowd Management – welcome visitors at entrances, provide a helping hand to attendees with special needs, encourage attendees to maintain order and lessen overcrowding in popular areas (ex: game truck); keep a visible presence around stages; remind visitors to wear masks and social distance when possible; inform attendees of where sanitizing stations are located.
Sustainability – maintain the environment of the festival grounds by encouraging festival goers to keep tidy and timely collecting and removing waste; notify festival staff of any issues with portable bathrooms.
Hospitality – provide green room assistance to artists such as refreshing snacks; watch generators.
Stage - assist stage manager with stage setup and strike per line check and performance. This may include assisting with tech (light and sound), behind stage, or running between stages and the Josephine Butler Parks center.
Runner - down for whatever, whenever as the needs of the festival arises!
