Coworking & Care: Registration (January 2024)

Please indicate below that you understand our rules, procedures, and prices to participate in Coworking & Care. 

Rules: 
1. No sick children or adults will be allowed the day of the event. 
2. Parents and guardians are NOT allowed to leave the building or drop off their child/children. 
3. Parents and guardians MUST stay with the group at all times, unless to quickly use the nearby restroom or café. 
4. Participants must have a child with them. No adults without children. 
5. Children must not bite, hit, kick, punch, scratch, or push any other child. Child supervisors will notify parents of any incidents like these that occur.  
6. Parents and guardians will be responsible for diapers and feedings. Child supervisors will notify parents and guardians if their child has a dirty diaper that needs changing. 
7. Food is welcome in the meeting room. Participants will be notified prior to the event if a fellow parent or child participant has a food allergy. If so, participants will be asked not to bring that food. Otherwise, no food restrictions. 
8. Maximum of 2 children per parent.
9. Event will be capped at 8 adults with their children. 

Procedures: 
1. Participants must register using this form. Upon registration, participants will receive a text prior to the event to confirm their spot in the group or they will be notified they are on the waitlist. 
2. Participants will receive a text asking them to confirm or cancel their attendance. If spots become available, then those on the waitlist will be notified in order of their registration.

Prices to Participate:
Work Family Balance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All revenue generated from Coworking & Care goes toward the operations of Work Family Balance, which also includes child supervision at Coworking & Care, and enriching and educational activities in our play & learn area. 

Prices:
1 child = $15
2  children = $25
Please pay by visiting workfamilybalance.org/donate. Payment is due by the end of the event. Invoices will be sent to those that do not pay.

Please note, pictures are taken during this event. It's important to show policymakers and the community the work we are doing to support mothers. We use these photos on social media, our website, newsletter, etc. Consent is not mandatory. However, pictures are extremely helpful to our cause. Please consider consent, or decline below.
