Welcome to our assessment quiz and thank you for participating!!

This quiz will serve us to gather knowledge about various scenarios where racialized people are experiencing inclusion, in the many groups we navigate. If you are white, we invite you to fill out this quiz as well, your input is actually very helpful!  

While filling out this form, please think of one particular group or workspace you navigate frequently. In order to simplify the text, we will use the term "group" for the quiz but this includes workspaces, board of directors', volunteer work, community groups, militant groups, artistic collaborations. etc.

You are welcome to fill out this quiz as many times as you want to reflect experiences across different groups, but please make sure that you only fill out the form one time per group.

Please note that this is our first quiz and that to start our project, we decided to focus on realities of race. But are dedicated to work on intersectionality so as we grow, we will include new quizzes including other parts of our  identities as tokenism is experienced for many different reasons.

All the information that could identify you, or the group you have in mind, given here will remain confidential. Even in the testimony section where if you consent to have your story shared publicly, we will not publish identifying information.

Please note that any identifying information you give us about your group will help us reach out to them and offer them our services, by consent of participants. We won't advocate without your request and consent. Participants safety, confidentiality and integrity of anonymity are our top priority.

For some, filling out this quiz can revive difficult memories, we advise that you make sure to seek out for the type of support you need. Consider an aftercare strategy. We are building a resources list to share widely and you are more than welcome to submit resource suggestions to us.
