CPS- Transportation Opt-Out Form

In an effort to create efficient bus routes for all Canterbury students we are seeking support from families that do not use CPS Transportation. If your child is currently not riding the bus, please consider completing this form.

Please note that a child’s opt-out status may be changed at any time, by calling 860-546-6950 x1221. Transportation will require a 24- hour notice to communicate the change to your child’s bus driver. The notice is only for the 2021-2022 school year.
