Type 1 Field Trip
Type 1 trips are all walking trips of one mile or less (chapel, etc.).

Type 2 Field Trips
Type 2 trips are field trips that require transportation over one mile away from school and do not include an overnight stay. Parents will ALWAYS be notified of these trips in advance (most often via the Remind app) and at that time, if desired, parents will have the opportunity to exclude their children from each individual trip.
