'19-'20 After Care Student Registration
You must fill out 1 form for EACH child that participates in our After School Program at the elementary school on the Midland Park Campus.  At the end of the form the link will pop up again if you have more than 1 child.

If you select "drop in" then you MUST call the front office and/or send a note with your child to school on the days that your child will be attending.  If you select specific days of the week, you need to send a note with your child to school to let his/her teacher know of the days to send them to After Care.

NOTE TO PARENTS: for students in the Upper Elementary and Middle School
On the days students are joining After Care, the cost of riding the shuttle bus from the Wyckoff Campus to the Midland Park Campus is included in the charge for joining the program.  Please contact our schools transportation office to make sure your child has an appropriate bus pass.
NOTE TO PARENTS: After School Program Cost
Charges for attending After Care are made monthly through https://parent.smarttuition.com/.  The cost & hourly billing for our After School Program is as follows:

$10.50/hr per individual
$15.75/hr per family

2:45-4:15pm = 1 hour
4:16-5:15pm = 2 hours
5:16-6:00pm = 3 hours

NOTE: The school closes promptly at the end of the After School Program and students MUST be picked up no later than 6:00pm. If parents are running late for any reason, they are required to call the After School Program phone at 973-432-4187. However, note that late charges will apply that every 5 minutes past 6pm will be an additional hourly rate (e.g. if you show up between 6:01 and 6:06 = $10.50/$15.75; show up at 6:11 = $21/$31.50).
