I'm delighted to share with you a weekend of calm & confident TREC, suitable for newcomers who want to learn more and have a go at map reading or experienced treccies wanting an end of season "holiday"

Ridden & groundwork TREC training will be in small group (max of 6), minimum of 4 hours over the weekend, with Sally Brett, horsemanship coach & trainer and POR/Map Reading training with Julia McHugh (TREC Coach)

The cost includes, in addition to training, 2 nights farmhouse accommodation in shared room, full welsh breakfast & 2 course evening meal, stables & grazing, use of the Rayburn room with tea/coffee and use of fridge. Limited camping spaces available. We will also be taking full advantage of the Beacon Hill Crown Estate; Approx 6000 acre area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering plenty of opportunity to challenge and test your map reading skills.

I understand tack and dress is informal but safe. Riders must wear hats of PAS015 or EN1384 or of superior standard. All hats must have a properly fitted and fastened chinstrap, and must be worn at all times when mounted. Body protectors are recommended. Neither the organisers nor the landowners can accept responsibility for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to any horse, other animal, rider, spectator or any other person or property. Attendees must have public liability insurance. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or refuse any entry.
