Our sponsorships benefits are for one year, December 1 to November 30. Each sponsorship includes exposure and attendance at our annual conference. We do not provide written contracts for sponsorship.

Payment Terms *
PAYMENT TERMS: There is no payment due to complete this form and you will not be invoiced until sponsorship is offered. If you are offered a sponsorship, you will be invoiced for a $2,000 deposit that must be paid within 30 days of receipt to hold any sponsorship. For 2022, the balance will be due by December 1, 2021. Failure to meet these payment terms may result in losing the sponsorship to another sponsor on the waiting list. The deposit is refundable until October 1, 2021. No refunds of any payments after February 1, 2022.

All terms, benefits, and logistics for each sponsorship level as well as the annual conference are posted and updates are posted here:  https://acpenw.org/sponsors. The ACPE Board reserves the right to review and change these terms until Jan 1, 2022.
