• Artists / Event organisers should look for their own venues for their project. The OSP team can facilitate the search but cannot organise it.
• Venues and Artists should clarify their conditions between them. OSP will not be held responsible for any miscommunication or issues between venues and artists once both parties have agreed with each other, neither will be involve in these negotiations.
• Venues and Artists are encouraged to create their own promotional materials in their own style but the OSP Logo should also be included in all promotional material (printed and digital) following the guidelines provided by OSP. Please contact us if you don't have them.
• Organisers of paid events and workshops should establish the fee, and are themselves responsible for collecting the money.
• If Venues and Artists share OSP material, OSP in return will provide an extra promotion via our social media.
• Any Artists or Venues who decide to have an opening ceremony in addition to the main OSP ceremony must finance it themselves, but OSP will support it with promotion (if desired).
• OSP reserves the right to promote any of the participant artists at their discretion.
• The OSP team prioritises projects that are open studios or will have the artists present and active during their exhibition times.
• No submission of project, pictures or payment will be accepted after the deadlines stated in the Artist Form.
• A non-refundable fee of RM50 will be paid by the Artists to secure a post in OSP festival. This fee should be paid by the date and way stated in the Artist Form.
• OSP commits to use this Artist fee exclusively towards the promotion of the festival and its participants. No OSP team member will use these fees for personal use, and the final accounts will be made available to any artist who wishes to see them at the conclusion of the festival.
• OSP reserves the right to deny participation in the festival of any Venue or Artist participant that risks causing damage, offense or illegal action of any kind.
