We are running a 6-weeks personal training trial so you know what it's like to work with a personal trainer! Hang on, not just any personal trainer. But a personal trainer who don't judge, love all shapes, sizes and strength and is empathetic!!

Our Studio is filled with lots of love and optimism and we want you to feel the 1-Habit vibe!

For only $499 (once a week) or $799 (twice a week) for solo training or $699 (once a week) or $1199 (twice a week) for buddy training, try out personal training in our awesome, positive and non-judgmental community and start smashing those goals like never before!

You will get:
- Once or twice a week of 1-on-1 personal training session with a Senior Coach for six weeks (total 6 or 12 sessions)
- 2 more times of individualised programming with an exercise plan to do at home for six weeks (worth $200!)
- Access to our Signature Change Your Habits, Change Your Life Course for 6-weeks so you can change your nutrition habits (worth $75!)
