This does NOT register you for anything, but once my registration details are complete including times and start dates, I will email you the link to formally register.  Again, based on the information below, I am simply gathering interest. Coaching will begin after the new year. Spaces will be limited. 

4 Weeks - Macro & Meal Plan Master Course - in a group setting with the same team the entire 4 weeks, learn the basics of macros,  how to build meal plans for yourself, and how to master the 1st phorm app or any app you use to track food. This is for people who may be new to me as a coach, have no tracking experience, have been tracking a long time, but still feel a little stuck and want guided learning beyond the app. 

10 Weeks STRONG LIFE-STYLE Small Group Coaching - to enroll in this, you have to have a full understanding of how to track macros and completed at least one, FREE 8 week challenge and/or the Macro & Meal Plan Master Course. I will be offering a few different meeting time options. Groups for each session will be limited to 8-10. 

1:1 Coaching with Kendra - this is for people ready to make serious changes with 1x1 accountability sessions with Kendra. Level of readiness should be 10/10 and willingness to change lifestyle is key. You will receive video feedback through the check in process, and meet 1x/month via Zoom. You will need to complete an application, we will have a 30 minute consult to get you started. I will be offering 3 month blocks.
