This exit information is mandatory and must be completed by every senior at Salem High School by Friday, May 21st. The information in Section 1 is collected in order to submit necessary information to the NH Department of Education. The information in Section 2 is used to improve the school counseling curriculum delivery. If you are unsure of your final choice college for the Fall of 2021 by the deadline of Friday May 21st, please reach out to your counselor.
