Do you have anyone that has gone above and beyond the normal call of duties in the past year? If so, Kentucky Youth Soccer is now accepting nominations for the 2021 Kentucky Youth Soccer Awards. Kentucky Youth Soccer recognizes those who give of their time and efforts to the organization by way of service. The following awards will be presented:

Select and Recreation Coach of the Year
Male and Female Young Referee of the Year
Administrator of the Year
Volunteer of the Year
TOPSoccer Buddy of the Year
TOPSoccer Coach of the Year

*Please note that complete home address and phone numbers are required for the nominees.*

All nominations will be need to be completed online by Thursday, July 1, 2021. In addition to filling out this form, please complete and send the supporting document found on www.kysoccer.net/programs/awards/ to hollykirkpatrick@kysoccer.net.
