It gives us information about what breed/color/coat you are interested in so we can help you find the right fit for you/your family.3. We get to know you/your family and where you are located. This form does NOT guarantee you a puppy just because it has been filled out. We ultimately reserve the right to determine who gets the chance at adopting a puppy. The demand is high, and we only put out a small number of puppies. We are NOT a puppy store where you can put a pup in your cart and check out.
