JUL 22 @ 9AM LIVE 1-HOUR ZOOM: The Dynamics of Values
This session will cover the basics of human development and the social / emotional needs that shape our values. This session will include coursework to be completed ahead of the next session.

AUG 12 @ 9AM LIVE 1-HOUR ZOOM Unpacking My Story
In this session we will discover how the Dynamics of Values has impacted our own development. We will refer to the Coursework completed prior to this session for understanding these principles and how they are at work for the students we are engaging.

SEPT 9 @ 3PM LIVE 2-HOUR ZOOM Application in the Academic Setting
How does the academic setting impact social / emotional development and what we can do to best leverage our time with students? That is the focus of this session.

OCT 14 @ 3PM LIVE 1-HOUR ZOOM Past, Present & Future Pathways
In this session we will look at the timeline of student development and the major milestones that impact the pathways of our students. We will discover how strategically engaging in these milestones can help us best understand and shape their path.

OCT STYLES TRAINING LAUNCH DISC Personality Styles Pretest Online Assessment Tool
TO BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF OCTOBER: The DISC Personality Style system provides profound insight into organizational relational culture with an emphasis on improving communication. This Assessment Tool provides a report from which we will conduct the DISC training in November.

NOV 11 @ 3PM LIVE 2-HOUR ZOOM DISC Personality Style Training Group processing ZOOMS allow us to discuss how the tools and approaches we are learning are working in real-word settings and to address needed training.

JAN 13 @ 3PM LIVE 2-HOUR ZOOM Student Values Assessment Tools & Training
This session covers the Student VALUES Styles evaluation tool and workbook. This training will equip teachers and mentors for working with students through these resources.

FEB 10 @ 3PM 1-HOUR GROUP ZOOM Processing the Values Tool
In this session we will review the Values Tools experience and oer insights. We will also cover additional content as time allows.

MAR 10 @ 3PM LIVE 2-HOUR ZOOM Student Career Assessment Tools & Training
This session covers the Student CAREER Styles evaluation tool and workbook. This training will equip teachers and mentors for working with students through these resources.

APR 14 @ 3PM 1-HOUR GROUP ZOOM Processing the Career Tool
This will be the final group processing session to cover the tools, trainings and resources we have provided throughout the year and to look forward to the coming school year.
