I am a web designer and am looking to gather some research to better understand the needs for web design in the tourism industry. If you are a business in the industry (tour operator, accommodation provider, blogger etc.) I would love for you to answer the following questions.

What are you struggling with the most when it comes to getting clients/ inquiries through your website?

What are you just DYING to learn or know about getting more traffic to your website/ more clients/ more inquiries? If someone could swoop in and help, what would you want answers to?

What is the most frustrating part about building a website by yourself?

What is the most important aspect you want for your website? (search engine optimized, easy to update by yourself, easy booking process etc.)
