Vendor application deadline is September 2, 2024. Space is limited so it is best to register early.  We will close the registration once we reach capacity. Registration is only considered complete if payment has been made.   Please send check for payment to the Four Oaks Chamber of Commerce at PO Box 415, Four Oaks, NC  27524. Or you may pay online using the links at the end of this form.  Be sure to use the link that applies to the type of booth you are renting. 

All applications are subject to approval by the Acorn Festival committee.  No items other than those approved by the committee may be sold at the festival.  Please provide a clear and accurate description of your vendor booth below.  We try to provide a variety of vendors but we cannot guarantee vendors will not have duplicate items.
