ご入力いただいた情報は、以下の目的のみに使用します。
1. 日本語でのグローバルコミュニケーション「Sail」のメンバーアカウントを作成します。
2. Sailに関わるメールの送信
3. 無料期間を付与します。
※ご入力いただいた個人情報はHelteが厳重に管理し、他者には共有いたしません。

This is a message about Sail, a global communication service in Japanese for people living in Kanagawa Prefecture. If you would like to use Sail for free, please fill out this form. (Please note that the free period may end in the future.)

The information you provide will be used only for the following purposes
1. to create a member account for "Sail" global communication in Japanese.
2. send emails related to Sail
3. You will receive free usage.
The personal information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with others.

備考（Note）
神奈川県に住んでいる、または仕事や学校に通っている人は、神奈川県と協定が続いている限りSailのご利用は無料になります。
神奈川県に一時的に滞在している方は、2ヶ月間のSail無料利用となります。
If you live, work or go to school in Kanagawa Prefecture, your use of Sail will be free as long as the agreement with Kanagawa Prefecture continues.
If you are temporarily staying in Kanagawa Prefecture, your Sail use will be free for two months.

虚偽の申請があった場合にはSailの無料利用を停止する場合がございます。
We may suspend your free use of Sail if you submit a false application.
