Please provide a short explanation of your outing and any important details of what's involved. For example, "this outing is to see a movie at a local movie theater and get dinner." This information will be listed on our website and printed in the program if submitted by the program deadline of September 7, 2023. If your description is too long, we reserve the right to edit it for space reasons before printing in the program.

Additionally, we reserve the right to reject any group outing judged by the con committee to be unsafe for con participants. Any rejected outings may still proceed outside of con spaces, but may not claim any affiliation with CONfab or use the CONfab name, logo, or other related materials. Organizers of rejected outings may request the opportunity to revise their outing to be in accordance with the above-stated guidelines.
