Duties
The Secretary shall keep or cause to be kept, at the principal office or such other place as the Board may direct, a book of minutes of all meetings and actions of the Board and the Executive Board and of committees of the Board. The Secretary shall also keep, or cause to be kept, at the principal office in the State of California, a copy of the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, as amended to date. The Secretary shall also maintain a complete and accurate record of the membership of the corporation, as well as a record of the proceedings of all meetings of the membership. The Secretary shall give or cause to be given notice of all meetings of the Board, Executive Board and of committees of the Board. The Secretary shall keep the seal of the corporation in safe custody and shall have such powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board or bylaws.
No member of the Board accepts any compensation for his or her efforts, with the exception of a $50 stipend or discount for serving in an official role at each qualifying tournament.
Term begins November 1, 2019, and ends October 31, 2020.
