2021 Craft Fair Vendor Form
Snellville Performing Arts is excited to host our last remaining 2021 Craft Fair & Art Market on Saturday, December 4th, 2021 from 10am-3pm

Each individual Single Space can fit a six foot table and two chairs.  We also have add-on spaces and premium Lobby Spaces available.

Please fill out this Vendor Registration Form below.  **If you have crafty friends and relatives, please share this form and information with them, as well.  This is a big fundraiser for Snellville Performing Arts and we appreciate your support!**

*****COVID-19 GUIDELINES:
Please note that we are presently still enforcing our mask policy for everyone while within our lobby and studio spaces.  After our Summer events and programs, we are planning to revisit our mask policy for fully vaccinated vendors and attendees!

1) You must bring your own table and chair(s).
2) If your booth requires electricity, you must bring your own extension cords (we recommend at least 15ft or two extension cords to ensure reach).
3) Please plan your decor or set up in such a way that you do not need to stick anything to our walls
4) Set-up will begin at 8:30 a.m. Booths must be ready to open by 10:00 a.m.
5) Tear down and booth removal from the theater will begin no earlier than 3:00 p.m.
6) There will be no refund of fees for any reason.  If for any reason you must pull from the market you are signed up for or if the market is cancelled for any reason, we can roll your payment forward toward another market or apply it to any other SPA activity or event.
