Yes that does sound a little scary and far off, but trust me it will go fast!  I would like to extend a warm welcome on behalf of Southwestern Elementary School.  We are extremely privileged at Southwestern Elementary to have the opportunity to  work with your child and you. What an exciting time it is to be part of this awesome school with technology advances, enrichment, and various student-centered activities.

The staff at Southwestern Elementary School possess an uncompromising dedication to always strive to be the best educational support we can be for all of our students.  It is my belief that an educator’s mission is to make learning enjoyable and exciting.  If students look forward to attending school, they will want to learn.  It takes a team of caring and understanding people working together to be the absolute best school for all of our students, which is what each student deserves.
