Petition for Advanced and High School Course Add/Exit
Petition for Advanced and High School Course Add/Exit may be requested twice during the school year:
during the window of time between the first and second progress report of the school year;
~~OR~~
two weeks before the last day of the fall semester (to begin in an on-level course for the spring semester).



Students taking G/T courses and/or high school credit courses in middle school will abide the Advanced Course Commitment and the guidelines for Petition for Advanced and High School Course Add/Exit. Middle school students may use this form to request add/drop from an Advanced and/or high school credit course.
