A form to request a book located at Champlain St. Lawrence campus library
-- Restricted to faculty, staff and current students with no outstanding library debt.
-- Submit one form per book.
-- Maximum of 2 Inter-Campus Loan items per person at a time.
-- After verification by Saint-Lambert campus library staff, your request will be forwarded to the St. Lawrence campus library.
-- We'll send you a MIO message when the book comes in or if the request is declined.
