2023 Indiana Homesteading Conference 
We are excited to expand the Indiana Homesteading Conference to 2 days this year! 
Please note: Your vendor fee does not include admittance to the conference sessions. If you want to attend any of the sessions, you will need to purchase a conference pass separately. You can also purchase tickets for the Saturday evening hog roast on the website. Tickets can be purchased here,  www.indianahomesteadingconference.com/tickets

Marion County Fairgrounds

Event Times: 
Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm
Sunday: 9 am to 5 pm
Early Set-Up:
Friday: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Set-up:
Saturday: 6:30 am 
Booths must be set-up by 7:30 am each day
Tear Down:
Sunday:  tear down starts at 4:15 pm. You will receive communications from us with more details
Booth Fees:
 8' x 10' Inside - $150.00 for both days (1 - 8' table and 2 chairs provided)

** Food Trucks/Food Vendors: If you are a food truck, food vendor, or plan to make food onsite for sale, YOU MUST HAVE ALL NECESSARY LICENSES/DOCUMENTATION with the county. You can find the Marion County requirements in this document, Microsoft Word - chapter 8 (1).doc (hhcorp.org)

** NOTE: This is a homesteading/farming/landowner/homeowner/gardening/livestock conference. Please make sure your business is relevant to the interests of our attendees. We cannot, and will not, guarantee sales or traffic to your vending space.

AGREEMENT — 
  • ALL VENDORS are required to remain set up for both days. Booths may be left set up overnight. There will be Fairground provided security on the property. We do understand emergencies happen, please let us know as soon as possible if you must leave early. 
  • In order to provide the best experience for all of our vendors, we reserve the right to limit the number of vendors selling the same type of product.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own products, banners, promo materials, etc.
  • Each vendor is required to clean up their space as it was when they arrived. If your space is not cleaned properly upon departure, there may be a cleanup fee billed separately.
  • We are requiring all vendors to use a tablecloth if they have a table set up.
  • Vendors please keep in mind that a professional display is appreciated by attendees.
  • Your registration is NOT accepted until you receive an email of CONFIRMATION with an invoice from us. This form is simply an application. We reserve the right to turn away any vendor if we feel it is not a good fit for this event or if we already have a vendor of the same kind.
  • This is a binding agreement upon payment of your invoice. Should you decide to cancel your vendor space after confirmation has been sent, and without 30 days advance notice, you will only receive a partial refund. $40.00 will be kept for administrative filing and time.
  • ALL FOOD ITEMS MUST BE LABELED in accordance with the state of Indiana and Marion County. Please see the link referenced above for relevant information.
  • Indiana Homesteading Conference, LLC is not legally responsible should you not be in compliance with Indiana state laws or Marion County laws. Please do your research and adhere accordingly.
  • We are also not responsible for injury of self or products. You are in charge of your own insurance for your vendor space and business.
  • ALL FOOD VENDORS (or vendors that are required to have a license provided by the county or state) must present their required License at least 2 weeks before the conference.
  • We strongly recommend vendors to attend their booths from the time the gates open until the close of the conference each day. We understand that many vendors are eager to attend the conference sessions, but attendees do find it frustrating when there are unattended booths. We will be providing a welcome packet Saturday morning for vendors that will have a "Be Back Soon" sign if you do leave to attend or present a session.
  • For the safety of attendees, VENDOR VEHICLES are not permitted to operate outside of the parking lots during conference hours. Parking information will be provided as we get closer to the conference.
  • The Marion County Fairgrounds do have RV parking/camping spots available. The fairgrounds do charge a fee for this space. If you are interested in staying on the grounds overnight, please contact the fairgrounds directly to reserve a spot. Spots with electricity are $50/night or without electricity for $25/night.
** PROMOTION: You will receive a free link on our website and an announcement that you are coming on all of our social media outlets. We would greatly appreciate vendors cross-promoting the event. And follow us on Facebook!
