As we button down Newbourne Village after our first season we are also in the process of planning for our second season! We'd love your thoughts and ideas...preferably by August 31, if you could.

The goal of this form is to help us:

*Improve efficiency: Reviewing our work post-project will help us identify areas for improvement and find a better way to approach tasks next time.
*Boost team communication: By talking and listening to each other we can help bring the family of Newbourne closer together and improve everyone’s awareness of what everyone else is up to.
*Learn from mistakes: Reviewing the past season will help us work out what went wrong and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
*Get closure: This will help us officially end a season before moving into a new one and give everyone a final chance to have a final say.
*Share information: By sharing, it will help us understand why the season went well (or why not). Letting us know about problems will give everyone the opportunity to iron out any issues so we can go into Season two on the best foot forward!
