Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering!!! We All We Got SD is a non-judgmental group which is here to provide community support. We operate under the value that what we provide is solidarity, not charity. This means that it is not our role to determine which items someone may need to survive. We respect people’s ability to determine what they need and what is right for them. We trust all people to make their own decisions. Just as we do not police each other, this group does not collaborate with cops or ICE. More information on our values/principles, including guiding documents, will be forthcoming. Drivers / Shoppers (Requires going out/Most needed)- Drives to local stores, and deliver food, supplies, prescriptions

Dispatcher (Most needed) - Helps assign tasks to volunteers, and makes sure all volunteers have what they need to be successful

Schedulers - Proactively checks in with interested drivers to see how they are doing and verify they have capacity. Works closely with the dispatcher and helps makes sure their are sufficient volunteers throughout the day.

Project managers- People looking at the Trello Board, helping train, manage and support new Dispatchers & Schedulers on their first shifts

Inputters- Person inputting info for folks who cannot- we help folks who may not be tech-savy and might not be able to input information on a computer, i.e. over the phone

FB info monitors- keeps up to date with questions/concerns expressed to us through Facebook, and does the research of other local service teams to collaborate.

FB volunteer monitors- coordinating with the dispatchers, and adding new volunteers, posting products we could not find in local stores.

Translators - Help translate all the information on the website.

Researchers - Research where to go, what places have what, and keeps track of it to make dispatching more effective.

Supporters.- Helps form a support group via zoom to offer relief and self care in an anxious time. Professionals prefered to run the support group.
