2024 Norfolk Night Market - Artisan Vendor Application Form
Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Norfolk Night Market running Friday June 7 and Saturday June 8, 2024 at the Norfolk County Fairgrounds (172 South Drive , Simcoe ON). The event will be open from 3pm-10pm both days. 

There are two options for artisan vendor participation at this new event. 

MARKET SPACE- Inside the Upper Homecraft building, a makers market will be run with a central NCAS provided cashier, similar to the Norfolk Fair Market. There is no booth fee for makers of handmade products to staff or participate in this marketplace, but a 25% commission will be taken on each sale. No need to staff this booth for the show. Please fill out the following as completely as possible and we will be in touch soon.

VENDOR SPACE - A standard 10x10 outdoor space, with a booth fee of $225.  No commission is taken on this type of booth, which must be staffed for the duration of opening hours at the market (3pm - 10pm Friday and Saturday). Please fill out the following as completely as possible and we will be in touch soon.

INSURANCE: A Liability Insurance Certificate showing Norfolk County Agricultural Society named as an “additional insured” is required from all exhibitors. Minimum $2 million liability is required. This certificate must be received prior to set up or set up will not be permitted. A copy is due by May 15, 2024.
