Rules & Regulations 
We will only have one Santa which will be at the end of the parade. Do NOT have a Santa on your float. 
All participants will report to Adairsville Elementary School. 
Each participant will be notified by email with updated information. Each Contact person is responsible in communicating all information to group. 
If you are entering as a group 1+ vehicles/floats you will need to arrive together. Participants are lined up as they arrive. The line up areas are only used for lining up, no parking. No group drop off at parade site, please meet as a group away from the parade set up site and drive to the AES parking lot. There is very high traffic congestion all around the parade set up area, we need to keep safety first for all parade participants. 
NO Megaphones or Microphones due to interfering with our MC.

Safety Considerations
Exercise extreme caution when handing out candy. Small children often run into the parade lane to get candy. 
All entrants must comply with State Law governing motor vehicles. Drivers must be licensed for type of vehicle being operated. Helmets are required for motorcycles and bicycles. 
All vehicles, regardless of type, must be driven and ridden in a safe manner. 
Fishtailing, burnouts and reckless driving will not be tolerated. 
No horses nor horse drawn carriages.

Acknowledgement: All participants have read the rules and regulations and agree to hold the City of Adairsville and any members from responsibility for injuries to any participant, or for damaged or stolen property, or damage to property by natural or willful causes. All participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth by the City of Adairsville requirements. All participants understand that the City of Adairsville and its authorities have the right to inspect your float or vehicle at any time and refuse admittance of any participant and request removal from the property/parade route should they not adhere to the Rules & Standards of Conduct set by the City of Adairsville. 

I understand that photos could potentially be used for marketing/advertising for future events. I understand that this is a 100% free event for those in attendance.
