After submitting registration, you will receive an email from Square with an invoice. Registration is not complete until this invoice is paid. Invoices will be sent the Thursday after you register. They can be paid online using a credit card or by mailing a check or money order to P.O. Box 706 Niles, MI 49120.

Payments for all workshops are due by June 10th. No refunds will be issued after this date. If a student must withdraw from a workshop prior to June 10th and has already paid, we will honor a refund except for $15. In the event PAW must cancel a workshop for any reason, all families will be issued a full refund.

Families with multiple children or students participating in multiple workshops will receive the Multiple Workshop Discount: $10 discount for PAW Cubs, Jr., Sr., and MTE, and $5 discount for PAW Prints.The discount will be applied to each workshop if there is more than one registration in the household. The multiple workshop discount will not be applied to registrations covered by scholarship. 

Example: If a family has one child in PAW Sr. and in PAW Musical Theatre Experience and another child in PAW Cubs, they would receive a $30 Multiple Workshop Discount.

WAIVER RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND CONSENT AGREEMENT is understood that the Performing Arts Workshops – PAW Inc. (“PAW”) program is a voluntary program that includes physical and mental activity. Although PAW will do its best to prevent personal injury from occurring to the participants, it is possible injuries may occur. By signing below, I voluntarily HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, RELINQUISH, AND DISCHARGE Performing Arts Workshops – PAW Inc. (“PAW”), its officers, directors, employees, board of directors, agents, students, and members along with any other sponsors or promoters, and owners, and lessees of premises used to conduct the event, their officers and employees, board of directors, administrators, agents, officials, and volunteers assisting in the event, the sanctioning organization or any subdivision thereof; all for the purpose herein collectively referred to as “releasees” from all the liability to the undersigned, including any personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin, for any and all loss of damage, and any claims or demands, for person injury, property damage, or wrongful death, arising as a result of me (or my child’s where applicable) engaging in or receiving instructions in said activity, or activities, incidental to PAW’s program, wherever or however the same may occur and for whatever period of said activities may continue, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise. IT IS MY INTENTION BY THIS INSTRUMENT, TO EXEMPT RELEASE AND HOLD ABSOLUTELY THE RELEASEES FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH, CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE THAT MAY OCCUR TO ME (OR MY CHILD, WHERE APPLICABLE).

VIDEO/AUDIO PHOTO CONSENT AGREEMENT I hereby authorize Performing Arts Workshops – PAW Inc. and its members, employees, sponsors, supporters, grantors, agents, or affiliated entities/agents (collectively. “PAW”) to take and/or use photographs, videos, and/or audio taken of me during the program and consent to the use of my likeness and image and any and all publications, educational materials, research, advertising, news media, World Wide Web, materials. I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness, and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other financial compensation or other remuneration arising or related to the use of my image or recording, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback. I understand and agree that such materials, including all negatives, positives, digital images, and prints shall become and remain the sole property of “PAW” and I shall have no right or title to such items. I further understand and agree that these materials may be kept on file and used by “PAW” for potential future purposes and further agree to release “PAW” from any and all liability arising from or in connection with the taking, use, publication, or dissemination of such materials. There is no time limit on the validity of this release, nor is permission signifies that photographic, audio or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the internet.

By clicking "submit," I give my child(ren) permission to participate in Performing Arts Workshops – PAW Inc. workshops, as described above. I also have read and agree to the WAIVER RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND CONSENT AGREEMENT and the VIDEO/AUDIO/PHOTO CONSENT AGREEMENT above.
