This short form is to elicit your interest for a 6-week Online Live Mindfulness & Happiness program that begins Feb 18, 2023. This program is an adaptation of the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course.
PROGRAM BENEFITS (Measured on standard scientific scales for the past batches):

MONEY COMMITMENT:

A nominal fully refundable security deposit is requested upfront to ensure time commitments are respected.
TIME COMMITMENT:
Saturday - 2 hour live session (starting at 6 PM IST)
Monday to Friday - 30 minutes for 6 weeks (7 AM to 7:30 AM)
(Note: IST is 12.5 hours ahead of PT and 5.5 hours ahead of CET)
