Tentative Schedule (tentative regarding specific times, but this is the general outline):
Friday, October 13, 2023 Workshops and Fieldtrips; Proposals can be for 1 or 2 sessions and can be held offsite and involve travel. Each session ~3 hrs.
Saturday, October 14, 2023 Traditional Conference Session Format, sessions 50 min and possible to have 2 concurrent sessions.

All organizations submitting a proposal to sponsor a workshop at an OSTA conference MUST rent booth space on the exhibit floor. Exhibitor Registration fee will include one session on Friday and one session on Saturday. Up to two additional sessions can be purchased during registration. Exhibitor registration is open. For initial consideration, please submit by May 1, 2023. Notifications about proposal acceptance will be made in early June.
OSTA will make an effort to schedule the workshop according to your request. Confirmation and notice of schedules and location will be sent to the company representative listed on the proposal at least 8 weeks prior to first day of the conference (Friday, August 18th).
Acceptance of Exhibitors and Presenters: Applicants must use the appropriate application form. Decisions regarding the acceptability of exhibits and presenters will be made by OSTA. The content of materials and presentations must contribute to teaching, research, educational research, or the professional development of educators.
OSTA reserves the right to refuse any application; to curtail or cancel any exhibit or presentation, either before or during the conference that in the opinion of the Conference team is not consistent with teaching, research, or the professional goals of the Oregon Science Teachers Association.
