This survey is being used to determine who is available to perform on the Carson City Symphony concert on April 24, 2022. The first rehearsal will be on March 9. We request, for the health of all musicians, that participants be fully vaccinated (at least two Pfizer or Moderna or one Johnson & Johnson COVID shots). Rehearsals are planned for 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30, 4/6, 4/13, 4/20, 4/23 (Sat.).
