Please watch the video below for specific directions about this placement test.  It is important that you complete it without any help from Google translate or family members. Please answer the questions to the best of your ability in full Spanish sentences. If you have to use English, or a mix of Spanish and English, that is also acceptable.  Answer all of the questions on the diagnostic exam to the best of your ability before submitting it. Based on the results of this diagnostic exam, you may be asked to have a simple Spanish-language conversation over the phone with a HSTAT Spanish teacher in order to further assess your Spanish proficiency and ensure the best placement.

#3 - Paragraph Three (6-8 SENTENCES): In full Spanish sentences to the best of your ability: What are your plans for the future? What will you be? Where will you live?  If you are able to, answer the questions in Spanish. If you have to use English, or a mix  that is also acceptable. *
#4 - COMPLETE THIS TASK IF YOU WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE PREVIOUS THREE QUESTIONS IN SPANISH. In Spanish, write a story about the situation shown in the picture below. It must be a story relating to the picture, not a description of the picture. Do not write a dialogue. Write at least 10 (ten) sentences.
