This application form is for a TOURIST (not business!) invitation letter only. Please mind that an invitation letter is not a visa. Also, please note that the following information is for the citizens of the EU countries, the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan only. If you are a citizen of any other country, please contact us at welcome@wn.media for further information on visa to Russia.

We strongly suggest that you apply for a tourist visa (not a business one) because it is a valid visa to attend a conference in Russia, even a business conference like the White Nights. At the same time, it is way cheaper, faster and easier to apply for a tourist visa. In case you still prefer a business visa, please contact us at welcome@wn.media.

The invitation letter will be issued within 1 working day after the application is submitted and will be sent to an email indicated in the present form.
