Late Stay: FALL 2019
Students wishing to remain on campus beyond 11:00 am on December 14th, 2019 must complete this request and be APPROVED.  You will be contacted when your request to stay is approved or denied. Disciplinary action and fines will apply to anyone who is not approved and does not vacate the Residence Halls by December 14th at noon. Graduating Seniors do not need to fill out this form UNLESS they are requesting to stay past December 14th at noon. Only special circumstances will be granted in extreme cases. All students have been given these dates and should plan accordingly to exit the campus within 24 hours after their last final exam.

This form must be completed no later than 4:30 pm on December 2, 2019. All requests will be answered by the appropriate Area Coordinator. Please contact your Area Coordinator or Residence Life if you have any questions.

If approved, a fee of $50.00 per night will be charged to the student's account for each additional evening of occupancy.  These fees will be waived for student athletes while they remain in competition season and students who are pre-approved for academic reasons or are assisting in commencement activities based on rosters received by the faculty/staff coordinating that process.
