To support the NHS Test and Trace programme, we are asking for contact details of Mass attendees, as well as recording times of attendance. It is sufficient to have the details of only one person in the family/couple/household attending.

In line with official guidance, we will keep your details safely and in compliance with GDPR legislation for 21 days before securely disposing of them. We will only share your details with NHS Test and Trace, if asked. We will not use your details for any other purposes or pass them on to anyone else.

Protecting your privacy - Your personal details will be stored in a securely locked cabinet for 21 days. After this time, your details will be shredded.
