LOSH Charity Golf Scramble: Monday, April 28, 2025 at Isabella Golf Course.

NOTE: As of Mar 24th we have reached the maximum number of players for this event. All applications starting Mar 25th will be placed on a waiting list. We will contact you if an opening becomes available. If you need more information, please contact Sara Pilgrim.

Shot Gun Start at 9:30 am.
4 Person Team, All Male, All Female or Mixed. If you are signing up as a single, we will try to place you with other golfers.
$100 per person includes golf, cart, soft drinks on the course, lunch after play, and 2 Mulligans

Other Fun Stuff:
Putting contest from 8 am to 9 am
Goodie bag for each golfer
Chance to win Closest to the Line
Chance to win Closest to the Pin for Women & Men (holes TBD)

Hole-In-One Chances:
Choice of 3 prizes on three different Par 3’s
$10,000 CASH on one Par 3 (TBD)

All Par 3’s from designated tees.

Team Handicap: GHIN Handicaps will be used or an average 18 hole score and adjusted according to A B C D players

Designate Tee on Registration Form:

White, Silver, White/Silver Combo, Orange, & Gold Tees

Must use 1 drive from all players

1st Place Prizes of $160 per team for Women, Men and Mixed Teams & Team with Low Gross

2nd Place Prizes of $80 per team for Women, Men and Mixed Teams

3rd Place Prizes of $60 per team for Women, Men and Mixed Teams

Additional Buys:

$20 Automatic Birdie  (1 per team and must have reached green in regulation)

$20  Shoot from the Pro Shot on one Par 5 TBD (uses 1 stroke and 1 per team)

50/50 Raffle:     We will have multiple winners of the 50% split

If you are signing up as a team, please have one person sign up for the team. You may print a  copy of this application for your records. There is no need to send a copy of your application with your payment
