Thank you for your interest to help our organization as we transition from good to GREAT in our service to the community through reinforcing our mission-based programs with evidenced-based data, efficient processes and use of technology and resources.
As part of our Advisory Board, the Data & Analytics team will be tasked with a unique opportunity to help our organization on many phases of our strategic planning.
The outcomes that our organization seeks from your expertise is to determine what data and analytics investments are needed to improve our participant relationships, partnership relationships, program initiatives, make our initiatives more data focused and changing ways operations are organized moving forward.
As the experts in your field, you know that data analysis is a process of inspecting, cleansing, transforming and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information, informing conclusions and supporting decision-making.
As part of our Quality Improvement Process, moving forward the Data & Analytics team work in tandem with our organization's Executive Board and specifically the Programs, Communications & Operations committees put action to our strategic plan and quality improvement strategies.
Some members will also assist in curating a data application to help us harness the program data necessary to prioritize our program focus areas, identify measurement outcomes, review key performance indicators for our strategic partnerships, and other necessary data for grants.
Depending on your interest level, you will be tasked with several different projects over the next 12-18 months:
- Sourcing Tools and Processes to implement an increase of efficiency in our operations
- Research, Development & Procurement Strategies
- Database Design & Maintenance
- Data Entry & Processing Information for our Programs, Participants and Partners
- Implementation of Technology
- Measuring & Analyzing Data harnessed from client and community surveys
- Modeling Data for Reporting: Grant Requirements, Program outcomes
- Community Engagement
- Use of GitHub and code sourcing programs
- Use of Tableau
