Bray Hockey Club is running a free "Introduction to Hockey" course starting in January 2023. The course will run for 6 weeks and take place at Templecarrig School in Greystones on Friday nights at 7pm, starting on Friday the 27th of February.
This course is designed for any 6th class boys who are interested in playing hockey, in particular those who may be heading to hockey playing secondary schools in September 2023. Sticks can be provided. Boys will need a gum shield and shinguards.
For boys in other classes, our primary school boys train on Sunday in Loreto Bray at 1.30pm and secondary school boys on Friday night in Templecarrig. We are always looking for new members and offer a 6 week free trial so boys can come down and give it a try.
In order to gauge numbers and feasibility please fill in this expression of interest form by Friday the 20th of January.
For logistics purposes we will have to cap the course at 30 players, but are open to running additional courses if there is sufficient demand.
