Ouseburn Festival returns on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th July 2024. We invite venues, community groups and organisers in and around the Valley to develop their own events which contribute to the overall Festival programme.

Stuck for ideas of what to put on? Here are some suggestions from us:
- Events and activties start from 10am and continue until the evening on both days. We typically get visitors from morning onwards. Try to offer an event that runs throughout the day(s) or has multiple performances. This means you won't have to worry about clashing with any other activities.
- If you'd like to run an event or activity outside or on the street, you must seek your own permission from Newcastle City Council to be included in our programme. Our insurance can only cover the events we have in our event plan. If something is scheduled to take place in a venue's outside space and you have permission from the venue, this is fine to be included in the programme.
